Shipping Policy

At Dhaani Couture, we aim to deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about shipping.

Order and Shipment Updates

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email and a message on WhatsApp. When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation.

If you do not receive any updates, you can click on the WhatsApp icon at the bottom right of your screen and send us a message. We will assist you right away.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the confirmation link sent via WhatsApp. You can also check the status by going to the Order History section on our website.

Shipping Charges

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is an additional charge of Rs 149.
  • For Prepaid orders, a Rs 49 shipping fee applies.

Estimated Delivery Time

We process and ship all orders within 72 working hours. Once shipped, your order will reach you within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Some remote areas may experience slight delays. To check the estimated dispatch time for a specific product, please refer to the product description on our website.

Changing the Shipping Address

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped. You can reach our Customer Care team at team@nolabels.in or +91 9779820075 for assistance.

Missed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier partner will try again the next business day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, you can contact the delivery service directly or reach out to us at mahak@dhaanicouture.com or +91 7986693089 for help.

Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Receiving a Tampered or Damaged Package

If your package appears to be tampered with or damaged upon arrival, do not accept it. Instead, record a video of the package and refuse delivery. Share the video with our customer care team, and we will work on a solution for you.
