Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Dhaani Couture! But if something isn’t right, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Returns & Store Credit

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only for store credit—this means you can shop with us again using the same value, but refunds in cash or bank transfers won’t be provided.
  • Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact when returning.
  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Discounts and promotional offers do not apply to exchanged or returned items.

How to Return a Product

  1. Raise a return request via clicking on Return & Exchange button on website.
  2. Our courier partner will pick up the item within 2-3 business days from your address.
  3. Pack the item securely with the invoice and all tags intact.
  4. Once we receive your product (usually within 4-6 days), our team will do a quality check.
  5. If everything is in order, we’ll process the return and credit the amount to your Dhaani Wallet as store credit within 2-3 business days.
  6. Your store credits are valid for 2 years, so take your time to shop again.

How to Use Your Store Credits

  • You can check your available store credits anytime by clicking ‘Show My Credits.’
  • Your store credit will be updated within 24 hours after approval.

How to Exchange a Product

  1. Raise an exchange request via our Return & Exchange button on the website.
  2. Our customer support team will confirm product availability and approve the request.
  3. After we receive and verify the returned product, we’ll process the exchange and ship your replacement.
  4. If you’d rather pick something else, you can use your store credits to shop for another product of your choice!

Can I Cancel My Order?

  • If you change your mind after placing an order, email us at dhaani@couture.com or tap the WhatsApp icon on the bottom-right of your screen with your order details.
  • As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel and refund your amount.
  • Once the order has been sent for processing, it cannot be canceled.

Received a Defective or Wrong Item?

We do our best to ensure top-notch quality, but in rare cases, if you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, please:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Share an unboxing video and 3-5 clear images of the defect or wrong item, along with a picture of the original intact tag.
  3. If you have any trouble raising a complaint, email us at mahak@dhaanicouture.com.
    (Please note: Complaints raised after 72 hours won’t be considered.)

Shipping & Handling for Returns & Exchanges

The exchange process includes two shipments:

1️⃣ Returning Your Product

  • We offer reverse pickup services for returns.
  • A ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit (this applies per order, no matter how many items you return).
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product to us within 4 days of requesting the exchange.
  • Make sure you send the correct product back to avoid any issues.

If a wrong product is sent to us and needs to be reshipped back, the customer will need to pay ₹150 for reshipping.
